Studio terms

Last updated: 1 November 2026

These Studio terms apply in addition to the Terms of service when an organisation ("Customer") uses ZOVRYX Studio, provided by BRANDUOO OÜ.

Accounts, organisations and roles

The Customer controls who joins its organisation and their role (Owner, Editor, Reviewer, Viewer). Owners are responsible for members' actions and must remove access for people who leave. Each organisation's drafts, assets and data are kept separate from every other organisation.

Customer content and licences

The Customer owns content it uploads and confirms it holds all rights, licences and permissions needed (including for audio, images, 3D scans, likenesses and historical materials), and records accurate licence details for each asset. The Customer grants us a non-exclusive licence to host, process, transcode and display that content only to provide the Service.

Review and publishing

Published experiences require accuracy, licensing and accessibility approvals within the organisation. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of published content and the historical sources the AI guide relies on. We may remove content that is unlawful or infringes others' rights.

Data protection

For personal data the Customer puts into Studio, the Customer is controller and we act as processor under a data processing agreement available on request, using sub-processors for hosting, storage and AI. We help the Customer respond to data subject requests.

Plans, fees and limits

Fees, usage limits and renewal follow the selected plan on the pricing page, billed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Plans renew each period until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Ending the agreement

Either party may end the subscription at the end of a billing period. After termination, the Customer may export content for 30 days, after which it is deleted from active systems and backups within a further 30 days.
