These terms are an agreement between you and BRANDUOO OÜ, a company registered in Estonia trading as ZOVRYX ("we", "us"). By using zovryx.com, the ZOVRYX Reality app or ZOVRYX Studio (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm you can bind it; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age.

The Service

ZOVRYX provides digital immersive experiences (audio, video, interactive 3D and AR) and Studio software for organisations to create them. Attraction Passes give digital guide access only — they never include official site admission, which is sold by the site operator.

Acceptable use

You must not use the Service unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe intellectual property, or to interfere with its security (including malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering or circumventing technical limits). Keep your sign-in details confidential and your information accurate.

Intellectual property and licence

We and our licensors own the Service, its software, content, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it within your pass or plan. Organisations keep ownership of content they upload and grant us a limited licence to host and process it only to provide the Service.

AI guide

The AI guide answers from published, cited sources and may still be inaccurate. You are responsible for your prompts and how you use answers. We may filter answers, remove content and restrict accounts that misuse it. Rights holders can report content through our contact page.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew each billing period until cancelled.

Service level

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, exclude indirect or consequential losses, and cap our liability at the fees you paid in the previous 12 months. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law forbids it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, organisations may export their content for 30 days, after which it is deleted.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, with courts of Estonia having jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live. Neither party is liable for events beyond reasonable control. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger or acquisition.
